Allegations of underworld death threats and real estate scams on the Gold Coast’s “Millionaires Row” have been aired in court.
Resident Rod Lambert yesterday told the court that he feared for his life after alleged
threats from a high-profile real estate agent and Ken Lacey.
Lambert, who lives in a beachfront mansion at Mermaid Beach, told Southport Magistrates Court he was so scared he kept a knife and baseball bat in his car and he and his teenage son had slept with knives.

FINKS bikie Sacha Kahled Nachouki has been ordered to hand over a $50,000 cash surety to the court before he was allowed bail on charges of fraud and extortion.
The 37-year-old Paradise Point man is facing charges of extortion,
fraud and failing to answer questions at an Australian Crime Commission hearing.
Mr Nachouki was charged over threatening a man at Surfers Paradise and attempting to dishonestly obtain $280,000 from the man.
