AN M1 gunman who shot out the window of a car in a random road rage attack has been jailed for four years.

Mahan Gheisari, 29, was this morning sentenced and given a parole eligibility date of May next year after he pleaded guilty to assault occasioning bodily harm while armed and carrying dangerous goods in a vehicle. Continue reading M1 Shooter Jailed for Four Years

Bail Refused For Alleged M1 Gunman

A MAGISTRATE who was urged not to bow to the ‘hot breath of public opinion’ over a Gold Coast shooting spree has refused bail for an accused M1 gunman.

Mahan Gheisari, 27, appeared in Southport Magistrate’s Court today charged over the drive-by shooting at a young couple on the M1 last Saturday night. The female passenger was showered with glass as the bullet smashed through the rear window.

Alleged Gunman In Court Tomorrow

THE man accused of a weekend drive-by shooting on the Gold Coast will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow, charged with a range of offences including attempted murder.
