We are a boutique litigation practice with offices in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. We service clients throughout Queensland and northern NSW and regularly appear in all courts and tribunals. Our criminal and litigation lawyers practice exclusively in criminal law or civil litigation.

Our criminal law department is Queensland’s largest criminal law practice, with more than 150 years of combined legal experience. We have helped many thousands of clients in situations like yours. We have appeared as criminal lawyers in every court from the Magistrates Court to the High Court.

Shantelle is a Law Clerk at Potts Lawyers and has worked within the criminal law profession since 2017. Shantelle is in the process of finalising her studies, completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University. Shantelle routinely appears in court and has a thorough knowledge of court processes and procedures at every level. She works closely with our Directors and Senior Associates, assisting with legal research tasks, liaising with the Prosecution and keeping our clients up to date on what is happening with their matters.
